Insomnia...bukan satu pnykit??

Haaaa semuaaaaaa!!apa khbar??smga sihat smua yerp,,oppsss..lupe..Assalamualaikum..
Fuhhh,,da dkt sbln jgk iz xupdte blog nyh..Almaklumlah...bz..haha..(konon byk sgt bnda nk kne buat)

Insomnia..........
Insomnia ini adlh satu gjala y dialami olh rata2 pnduduk di sluruh ngara..insomnia adlh mslah ksukran utk tidur y dhdpi olh sstgh individu..kbykn individu mnganggap ini adlh satu pnykit but this is not a disease,just a symptom..walau bgaimana pun,,insomnia ini xblh dbiarkn krana ia akn mngganggu khdupn sharian kita..

Haaa....ni iz jmpe tafsiran insomnia..but in english...fhm2 je la ek..huuhuu..
        Most adults have experienced insomnia or sleeplessness at one time or another in their lives. An estimated 30%-50% of the general population are affected by insomnia, and 10% have chronic insomnia.
Insomnia is a symptom, not a stand-alone diagnosis or a disease. By definition, insomnia is “difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both” and it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep. Insomnia is not defined by a specific number of hours of sleep that one gets, since individuals vary widely in their sleep needs and practices. Although most of us know what insomnia is and how we feel and perform after one or more sleepless nights, few seek medical advice.
Usually,gjla ni dialami olh individu y mngalami mslh,,stress,,tnsion,,or pningktn umur y mnybbkn neuron2 dyorg xdpt brhubung dgn baik...but,,now,,most of student got this symptom...that bcoz kbykn student skrg,,trpkse bkrje kras utk brjya krna tllu byk psaingn y tpkse mrka hadapi..(include me..huhu..)
insomnia jgak trjdi apbla individu mnglami masalah2 psikologis spt y iz ktakn td,,,,stress,cemas,ktakutan,depresi,tknan bkrja,trauma,dan byk lg..

Individu y mngalmi gjla ini xboleh mngmbl mudh ap y dhdapi trsbut..krana gjla ini amat mmpgruhi emosi ssorg..mrka y mnglami insomnia mmpunyai emosi y xstbil,,lbh2 lg pda wktu siang hari..kta akn rasa mngantuk,resah,skar untk brkomunikasi,cpt lupa dan mdh trasa...tp,plu diingt!!bg y mghidapi insomnia...jgn mngmbil ubat trlbh dhulu bg mgurgkn gjla ini krana mnurut Dr Wan Mohd Rushidi Wan Mahmud,Pakar Perunding Perubatan Tingkah Laku Neuro, Kedah Medical Centre (KMC),pngmbilan ubat tsbut akn mybbkn komplikasi spt ketagihan atau kurg kberkesanan ubt jka diambil pda dos biasa..lbh baik kta mencegah insomnia y blaku pd kita ini..

Cara nk mngatasi insomnia ni ad byk jgk..kita blh mngamalkn 'sleep hygiene' atau suasana tidur dan wktu tidur y ssuai agar ia mnjdi rutin khidupn kita..mngamalkn pmkanan y sihat jg dpt mgurgkn insomnia..individu y mngalami insomnia disarankn agar mngmbil lbh byk mknan y mngndungi kalsium agar dpt mransangkn otot dan mnda dsmpg dpt mnggalakkan peredaran darah dn tnga dlm bdan..
Individu jg plu change their mind set...kbykn mrka y insomnia ini sring brfikir y mrka tidak akn dpt tdur dgn awal pda wktu mlm..NOw!!ubah setting itu..tkar dan ktakn pd dri anda...Anda mmpu tidur pda wktu y ssuai..anda jga plu lah mguragkn mknan y tllu brgram dan mnuman brcafein sprti kopi..(my fvrte drink tu..huhu)

Kalo nk treatment dgn ubat plak..just that what can i share with u...
            Treatment with Medication

  • Herbal medications such as valerian, chamomile, and kava-kava, are often used to help sleep, but long-term effectiveness and safety data are not available.
So..as a cnclusion,,bg y mngalami gjala ini..cuba utk mngtasinya dgn baik..jika mslh msih brlarutan,,blh la bjmpa doc atau org y lbh pkar..iz just share ap y iz tahu..smga ini dpt mmbntu kamu smua..

aq da 3 mlm tdo pkul 4 pg..haha..padah spm..tp,tme exm pndai plak tdow awl..adoii..nmpak sgt tknan prsaan..kne jmpe pakar sakit jiwa..hahahahaha
